Having owned 4 Fords over the past 12 years that I have been driving, I truly enjoy the cars and service from Ford. This was my first timehaving my car serviced at the Brewster Ford location. Not that I was weary, but Brian the service advisor was extremely friendly and informative of the processes that the techs use to service their customers vehicles. He gladly took the time to answer my questions and provide estimates for the work to be done. When I arrived to pick the car up, he told me about a new program that Brewster Ford offers for being a repeat service customer where one can receive credits for future service. They didn't have the exact car I wanted in my price range but thanks to the Internet, they were able to show methe Inventory at a bunch of their other stores and I found numerous vehicles that fit my criteria. After a recent car Accident, I was forced to buy a new car. I did some research online before going in to Brewster to actually start talking to a real live person to get an Idea of what I wanted in my new vehicle. I met Christina upon arrival and she was nice enough to show me just about all of Ford Fusions they had on the lot and let me test drive a few of them to decide which one Iiked the best. Being set on getting a white one required them to have to locate one for me but a day later and a quick trip for them to massachusetts and my car was sitting there all shiny and new waiting for me.

No matter what I need to bring my car in for, whether it's an oil change , a check engine light, or a recall, the writers always get me written up and on my way very quickly first thing in the morning so I can make it to work on time. I'm busy during the day at work but Brian or John make it easy for me by emailing me the status of the car so I don't have to worry about being at the phone right when they call.
